Separate from the main building of the Inn, our Annex building houses six rooms with balconies overlooking Boston Harbor for truly breathtaking ocean views, and one first floor handicap-accessible room with a kitchenette.

A conveniently located, fully equipped kitchen in the Annex provides guests with all the conveniences of home. The Annex's semiprivate dining area and lounge are ideal for relaxing or enjoying a casual meal.

Rooms in the Annex can be booked individually, or reserved together for group gatherings--business or school groups, families, and friends can enjoy the privacy of having a piece of the inn "all to themselves."
